This month's focus area....
Downtown Seattle
Downtown Seattle is undergoing some major development. Every direction you look you will see cranes building numerous condo, retail and commercial buildings. Seattle is projected to have tens of thousands of people moving into the area. Economist are confident that the number or units being built will be absorbed into the community over the next few years. Our economy is growing and is diverse enough that economic recession in the area will be mild.
