Queen Anne is a neighborhood and hill in Seattle.  The hill is the highest named hill in Seattle, maximum elevation of 456 feet.  Queen Anne originally became a popular spot for the city’s economic and culture elite to build their mansions. Now you will find a great variety of homes and people in Queen Anne. Queen Anne hill is often distinguished from the bottom of the hill by calling the South base lower Queen Anne.  Both Queen Anne hill and lower Queen Anne are hot spots for business, restaurants, theater, and night life!
